Marketing Director

Job Description

At TrackX Technology Inc., we are proud of the products and services we provide. We're looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our offerings, and identify what consumers want so we can create more. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He/she will have experience working with medical devices. Objectives
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience working with Medical Devices
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Website development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
  • Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
  • Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education

Marketing Intern

Job Description

The Marketing Intern will collaborate with the Director of Marketing on content creation, social media posting, graphic design and trade show preparation. Ideally this individual is creative, driven and vibrant and is excited to enter a small, start-up company and is not shy to wear multiple hats and try new and fun strategies. There will be ample opportunity to help coordinate and direct new video and image content, so a background knowledge of film and editing is encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Help distribute marketing materials
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Help organize trade show marketing events
Requirements
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Photoshop & iMovie
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree

 

Job type: Part Time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
