Clinical Specialist Manager

Job Description

Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support in the field to our customers and accounts.

  • Leads and manages the clinical team
  • Plans and leads execution of the day to day activities with the team, communicates consistently with the clinical Specialist providing updates and feedback on current field activities
  • Monitors the quality of clinical specialists deliverables and addresses issues with the appropriate team member
  • Identifies opportunities to improve training, execution and customer experience across the team
  • Works with the team to set priorities
  • Takes the initiative to make things happen and leads and supports the relevant staff
  • Motivates the clinical team
  • Ensures effective communication plans are place for the clinical team
  • Successfully completes TrackX Field Training – including online and field-based training
  • Performs installs, evals and software updates in the field
  • Supports surgical cases and trainings
  • Provide troubleshooting support as requested
  • Helps manage hospital par levels and trunk inventory once obtained
  • Provides additional inventory support to meet customer needs
  • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products or solutions for which training has been completed
  • Assists with educating and training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives
  • Sales Support
  • Has a basic understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Independently identifies customer needs and opportunities and provides feedback to Account Managers(s) to support sales objectives
  • Ongoing Technical Development
  • Stays up to date on new products and software updates
  • Completes all assigned training in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare sales or support
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a team
Nice to Have
  • Medical Device sales experience in Spine
  • Medical Device sales experience in Orthopedics
  • Sales or support in medical Capital Equipment/Rpbotics
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build/maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levels
  • Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools, Google Suite, and Hubspot (CRM)
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines

 

Salary: $100,000- $120,000 Based on qualifications and experience

Bonus Potential: $40,000 ($10,000/Q)

Account Manager

Job Description

As a TrackX Account Manager, you will be responsible for a large customer base and serve as the liaison between the customer and management. Your duties will include the successful installations and setup of TrackX in medical facilities. When applicable, he/she will also be responsible for data collection. The Account Manager must establish and maintain open cooperation and communication with the surgical team, surgeon, and hospital staff. Additional responsibilities include pre-operative patient and operating room assessments and post-operative billing uploads. The role is designed to ensure perfect intraoperative execution of TrackX while further developing hospital, administration, and physician relationships. This position will require the Account Manager to identify opportunities to expand indications within existing accounts with new physicians and services, train and support strategic partners, and growing the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
  • Coordinate and deliver product training and installations to sales team, hospital customers and doctors on the TrackX Product and equipment
  • Drive new product approval at hospitals and create and schedule timeline of installs of technology
  • Coordinate new customer installations and maintain customer relationships
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and additional vertical opportunities within the hospital or system
  • Create comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition, with decision-makers, timelines, and key influencers
  • Secures, builds, and maintains relationships at multiple levels for all accounts with a clear understanding of the customer's decision-making process and management structure.
  • Provides weekly, current, accurate written reports that can be shared with the management team
  • Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales goals established by sales leadership.
  • Functions as a contributing member of a high-performance team.
  • Maintain daily/weekly communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Clinical Support Specialist

Job Description

The Clinical Support Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on the TrackX Instrument Tracking Technology and how it utilizes the C-arm and fluoroscopy as an imaging modality. When applicable, he/she will also be responsible for data collection. In addition, he/she must establish and maintain open cooperation and communication with the surgical team, which includes interaction with the surgeon. Additional responsibilities include pre-operative patient and operating room assessments and post-operative billing uploads. The role is designed to ensure perfect intraoperative execution of TrackX while further developing hospital, administration and physician relationships. This position will require the Clinical Support Specialist to identify opportunities to expand indications within existing accounts with new physicians and services, train and support strategic partners.

The Clinical Support Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to work in service markets throughout the U.S. while participating in various market development and support initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively articulate TrackX’s unique value propositions in a manner that encourages acceptance and use of the TrackX Technology.
  • Observe and assist clinical staff (surgeons, radiographic technologists, etc.) in spine & orthopedic procedures that rely heavily on the use of fluoroscopic imaging.
  • Assist physicians in identifying cases that would benefit significantly from the utilization of TrackX.
  • Conduct joint customer calls with TrackX and other commercial partners on an as-needed basis.
  • Serve as a go-to technical resource for clinical staff.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and communicate pertinent information upstream, as appropriate.
  • Provide clinical expertise in surgical cases utilizing TrackX.
  • Implementation and training of clinical staff & surgeons
  • Facilitate product demonstrations, trials, and evaluations.
  • Perform local and regional training and support for end users as well as strategic partners
  • Maintain clinical/technical proficiency – Surgical case coverage is required with the goal of providing the highest degree of value to the surgeon & clinical staff.
  • Extensive travel within assigned territory - 50%
Requirements
  • 3+ years OR experience - radiology technician, IONM, OR staff, or other clinical position
  • Experience in spine and/or orthopedics desired
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Ability to handle the demands of long-term travel and travel changes on short notice
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with surgeon and surgical staff
  • Ability to create & maintain professional and positive relationships with surgeons/hospitals
  • History of working with sales teams and achieving performance-based metrics
  • Service oriented individual that responds well to dynamic work culture and environment
  • Highly coachable and able to handle pressure of introducing new technologies in a clinical environment (operating suite)
  • Must be comfortable with sales process and driving new business through highly collaborative communication and interaction with immediate team as well as strategic partnerships

Pay: 55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus quarterly MBO bonus
