Regional Account Manager

Job Description

Regional Account Manager (RAM) will manage multiple Track X accounts and is responsible for increasing clinical utilization of Track X surgery programs. The RAM is responsible for conducting the basic system training of hospital surgical teams, protocol training for Radiology departments. The RAM is also responsible for all business management at the designated accounts to include quarterly executive administrative meetings, business reviews and market development programs. Account goals and objectives will be provided quarterly. The RR will develop and execute a business plan to achieve these goals. The RAM will work within a team and at times provide cross account support to team members. The RAM reports to the National Clinical Sales Director (NCSD) for a defined region. Responsibilities will also require the RAM to spend time in the specified area to promote the rental and/or sale of the Track X system. The (NCSD) will also work with the RR to qualify the opportunities and provide coaching and direction. The position involves significant travel throughout the designated region specified by the NCSD. Here below, are key tasks and missions for the Regional Sales Director:

Responsibilities
  • o Build and set expectations for the surgeon & staff to perform cases autonomously
  • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, laboratory sessions and System test drives.
  • Identify key institutions, generate market awareness and drive sales within an assigned sales territory.
  • Work closely with the NCSD and take direction on system closing activities
  • Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to drive procedural volume and rapid adoption.
  • Assist in training programs for surgical teams at a designated Training Center and remote centers as needed
  • Manage account inventory, calendar and quarterly goals
  • Independently support Track X procedures in hospital operating rooms
  • Train surgeons on new products and advanced system skills
  • Sell active surgeons on the concept of developing procedure and advance training programs
  • Work with US Sales team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve upon existing programs including updates of materials and protocols
  • Train new surgeons in the territory to use the Track X system

Strategic Account Manager

Job Description

As a member of the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) team, you will work together with the Director of Capital Sales and Director of Clinical Sales to develop and expand utilization across the defined region’s install base. The SAM is responsible for launching and conducting the basic system training of hospital surgical teams, training for Radiology departments and Surgeon training alongside Account Managers (AM). The SAM will work with the Account Manager team and at times provide cross account support to team members. The SAM reports to the Director of Clinical Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy, by account, to turn around underperforming low volume Track X programs.
  • Assist the Director of Capital Sales, Director of Clinical Sales and the Account Manager (AM) in the development of underperforming programs.
  • Conduct/Assist in the training of surgical teams at the hospital or at a training lab.

Account Manager

Job Description

As a TrackX Account Manager, you will be responsible for a large customer base and serve as the liaison between the customer and management. Your duties will include the successful installations and setup of TrackX in medical facilities. When applicable, he/she will also be responsible for data collection. The Account Manager must establish and maintain open cooperation and communication with the surgical team, surgeon, and hospital staff. Additional responsibilities include pre-operative patient and operating room assessments and post-operative billing uploads. The role is designed to ensure perfect intraoperative execution of TrackX while further developing hospital, administration, and physician relationships. This position will require the Account Manager to identify opportunities to expand indications within existing accounts with new physicians and services, train and support strategic partners, and growing the business.

Responsibilities

Clinical Support Specialist

Job Description

Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support in the field to our customers and accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Performs installs, evals and software updates in the field
  • Supports surgical cases and trainings
  • Provide troubleshooting support as requested
  • Plans and leads execution of the day-to-day clinical activities with the team, communicates consistently with the account managers and regional sales directors, providing updates and feedback on current field activities

Market Development Manager - Trauma

Main Objectives

The Market Development Manager will play a key role in the future direction of the of the TrackX Orthopedic Trauma specialty line. The Market Development Manager will support continued profitable growth, diversification outside of the current concentration in spine and, expansion of relevant core competencies withing the company. The individual in this role reports to the Vice President – Business Development. The Market Development Specialist Manager will provide competent clinical and technical support to medical professionals and agent representatives in key development geographies to develop as a driver of market development plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of field focused strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops key partnerships
  • Works closely with Marketing, Development, and Commercial teams to support procedures involving TrackX in the Orthopedic Trauma specialty.
  • Aligns regularly with Marketing and Sales Leadership to achieve strategic company objectives.
  • Actively participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements for product portfolios
  • Develops and manages direct relationships with Key Opinion Leader (KOL)'s, consultants and surgeons, to maximize portfolio adoption, including surgical case coverage, in-person and remote communications and interactions
  • Assists Sales Agents, Surgeons, Operating Room Personnel, and Biomedical Departments with collection and dissemination of market-provided feedback.
  • Actively participates in field-based core and advanced training to agents, field representatives and employees.

  • Participate in process to provide best-fit alternative options to expand current core competencies. This will include the generation of intelligence derived by gathering and analyzing information by attending seminars, tradeshows, undertaking web research, compiling sales and customer input.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
Work Commitment

The Market Development Manager can expect regular overnight travel. As with most externally focused sales positions, the individual in this role should expect that a large percentage of their time would be spent outside the company. This individual needs to be flexible with extending hours and days of work, when necessary, to meet the needs of customers and associates at Res.

Required
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience
